About us

Delights of the Dales is brought to you from the beautiful countryside of Derbyshire, and is an extension of our existing family farm, allowing us to bring our delicious home grown produce direct to your door.  We know everything that happens to every single animal on our farm hence we can offer you full traceability of our products whilst ensuring you get only the best flavour and quality.  We have been members of the Farm Assured British Pigs scheme since its launch and believe wholly in providing a stimulating and interesting environment with which our aim is to far exceed all required welfare standards.  Our pigs are a rare breed cross (rare breed Welsh crossed with Large White) which we believe gives our pork a distinctive and superior texture and flavour.

Our Products

Our product range is ever increasing, and currently we are offering a large selection of home-made sausages and burgers, alongside our reknowned hampers which include choice cuts of pork along with rubs, glazes and sauces, topped with a selection of recipes to help you get the most out of your dishes.  We try to update the hampers regularly so our existing customers have something new to try and also offer seasonal hampers to cater for all year round feasting! There are also a selection of home cured bacons and several flavours of home-made sausage to choose from, along with several 'specialities' that you won't find elsewere!. Ordering & Delivery

When you order online, your goods will be despatched by courier in temperature controlled packaging.  We despatch orders on a Wednesday so they arrive with customers on the Thursday.  Please ensure you, or someone else, can be around to sign for and refrigerate your order.  If it is easier, we can send the goods to your place of work.   For more details on the ordering & delivery process, including free local delivery, please visit the Ordering & Delivery page by clicking here

As well as offering a mail order service, we also visit several shows, food festivals and farmers markets where we would love you to come and chat with us & meet the faces behind the products.  If you know of any events you would like us to attend near you, please contact us!
